Deposits/Payments:
When a deposit is placed, we hold a particular puppy, or "pick" for you, until the puppy is ready to go to his/her new home. Therefore, all deposits, partial payments or full payments are non-refundable. We will however credit the first $200 towards the adoption of a different puppy at a later date, up to 12 months from the date of cancellation, upon request. If your puppy is under four weeks of age, and you would like to choose a different puppy, you may do so without penalty. After the pup is four weeks of age, this would be considered a cancellation. We will, however give you up to 72 hours after you place a deposit, to switch to a different puppy, from the same or another available litter, should you choose to without penalty, even if your puppy is over four weeks of age. The minimum deposit for any of our puppies is only $200.00. Of course you may always pay more than that if you choose, however not required. The balance due, including shipping if needed, is due by six weeks of age. If you pick your puppy up, you may pay the balance due at that time, using cash or a credit card only. There is a 4% fee added to all credit card, eChecks and PayPal payments, to cover the high fees charged by the payment processing company. You may avoid these fees by paying with cash when picking your puppy up or sending a personal check, Certified Bank Check or Money Order when the puppy is no older than 5 weeks of age. Please do not mail cash. You may mail a personal check, Certified Bank Check or Money Order for a deposit as well. Please call or EMAIL us to obtain our mailing address, and to let us know you are reserving a puppy, so we will know to hold him/her for you. (We will hold a puppy for up to 5 days if informed that a deposit has been mailed.)
